What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

At present we are only able to accept Paypal for online payments.

How long will delivery take?

We aim to despatch all orders received by 4pm on the same day of order and most standard economy deliveries should take place within three days. Where the special two day service has been selected at the checkout then the delivery time is one to two days.

We will send you marketing messages via email if you have agreed for us to do so. To stop receiving these messages you can click the unsubscribe link in the email, login to your account or contact our customer services.

How do we protect your information?

Our website is scanned on a regular basis for security holes and known vulnerabilities in order to make your visit to our site as safe as possible.

We use regular Malware Scanning.

Can I track my order

Once your order is despatched you will receive a confirmation link via the payment method. This will also include the relevant tracking number for either Royal Mail, Parcel Force or Hermes.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

VAT invoices are availble on request.
